Slipway Sessions – Bristol Evening Entertainment
Aug 7 @ 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Great evening entertainment filled with music and food on Bristol’s historic boatyard!

On August 7th, we’ve been taken over by Bristol’s famous pirate rock band Piratitude for our next Slipway Session!

The evening will see a selection of rousing, rootsy, roof-raisers, singalong folk favourites, affectionate reinventions of classic tunes, a shanty or two, and our own original pirate material. Songs of the sea, of love, loss, travel, transportation, rum, voyages, battles, bravery, and the joys of drinking. You are cordially invited to spend your evening relaxing in this fine corner of the docks.

Coming off a string of festival shows and always bringing in a crowd to any pub or venue, Piratutde have grown into a cult favourite in the South West. With gigs taking place all over the Floating Harbour in venues such as Thekla, Bristol Dockyards (fka SS Great Britain) and The Matthew, it’s time for them to take to the stage alongside our listed buildings and maritime workshops.

Join us for amazing pirate-themed songs all evening long, and bring your best sailor attire, too!

We can’t wait to do it all over again with dozens of performances from shanty crews taking place across two days, giving all you pirate fans the best weekend for celebrating the story and tall tales of famous Bristol sailors!

More details will be revealed closer to the date. In the meantime, take a look at the official website
